• Competition Period: Session I (January 14 – 20, 2027)

• Application Fee: EUR 100

• Special Discount: Piano participants registering for Session I will receive a 50% discount, reducing the application fee to EUR 50.

• Please note that there will be no competition held during Session II (January 20 – 26, 2027).

Class Option Note

• ​In the event that a chamber music partner cannot be assigned, the applicant will receive 3 individual lessons instead of the 2 individual lessons and 2 chamber music sessions.

• 50% will be refunded before December 15, 2026.

• Cancellation after December 15, 2026 is non-refundable.

• By sending the application form, participants are regarded to agree to the refund policy and general regulations.

• Participants are done at their own risk.

• All participants are STRONGLY recommended to have their own INSURANCES which shall cover health and travel.

• The organizer will take no liability under any circumstances of the cancellation due to natural disasters or pandemic dangers.
