The orchestra is for participants who will attend 2026 Euro Music Festival and Academy Szczecin and who will apply additionally for the orchestra performing.

ORCHESTRA
The festival orchestra consists of professional musicians who are professor at university of music in Szczecin or member of Szczecin Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra.

If the repertoire that an applicant wishes to perform are not in the above list, an applicant shall inquire Euro Arts first, by email emfacademy@gmail.com.
If the repertoire that a selected applicant wishes to perform need to be purchased an arranged version for string orchestra, a selected applicant shall purchase it.
AUDITION
Documents to submit
- Photo, CV and Playing Video (free repertoire, Youtube Link acceptable)
- Audition Fee EUR 30 (nonrefundable)
- Applicants will receive an email with the audition results in April.
- Successful applicants will be contacted individually about the next procedure.
Audition Result Announcement
- will be done by May 10th, 2026.
PARTICIPATION FEE
EUR 700 (for string versioned repertoire)
EUR 800 (for string+wind versioned repertoire)
- per the successful applicant (who will pass the audition)
- per concert
- one movement performing
- includes two rehearsals and one general rehearsal
REFUND POLICY
If cancelling prior to May 20, 70% will be refunded.
If cancelling prior to June 20, 50% will be refunded.
If cancelling after June 20, there will be no refund.
When a participant might cancel due to the health concerns, the general refund policy will be adapted.
