Confirmation of Consent to Participation *

At any reason, application fees are non-refundable.

If cancelling prior to May 15, 2023, 50% will be refunded.

Prior to May 30, 2023, 40%

Prior to June 15, 2023, 30%

Prior to June 30, 2023, 20% will be refunded.

No refund if cancelling after June 30, 2023.

 

When a participant might cancel due to the health concerns related to covid-19, the general refund policy will be adapted.
