Han-Yi Tsai, a native of Taiwan, has performed extensively throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.
She was the winner of the Artists’ International Piano Competition, which led to her debut solo recital at Carnegie Weill Recital Hall. Later, she appeared as soloist in Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsodie on a Theme of Paganini Op.43 with the Rutgers University Orchestra under the baton of Kynan Johns. In addition, she was a prize winner of the New Jersey South Orange Symphony Piano Competition.
As a dedicated collaborative pianist and chamber musician, Ms.Tsai was invited to Shen Yang Conservatory with world renowned clarinetist Charles Neidich and Ayala Oshima in China Woodwind Festival. In 2025, she organized and performed in the Taiwan & Korea《Destiny》Chamber Recital alongside flutist Hyunju Lee , cellist Jee-Youn Hong and violinist Leo Lo at National Recital Hall in Taipei.
Ms.Tsai is also a devoted educator. She has been invited as artist faculty at the Inter Harmony International Music Festival in Italy and at the 2024 & 2025 Asia International Piano Academy Festival & Competition in Korea. She currently serves as Associate Professor at National Taiwan Normal University and Soochow University .
